It's going to be a terrific year. We look forward to hosting free events that bring us together and enrich life for residents of all ages.
Thank you to all our friends, neighbors, and out-of-town guests for joining us for a wonderful day on April 8!
CCHC has a new project underway. We will be celebrating high school musical theatre in Henry County and its surrounding areas. The Tony Awards®-inspired competition will honor schools, students, and directors for artistic excellence in high school musical theatre from five local high schools and is a tribute to the enthusiasm, dedication, and accomplishments of the area’s vibrant high school musical theatre programs.
Judges will be visiting the final performances and making selections in categories, including outstanding or award of merit for leading actor and actress, supporting actor and actress, ensemble, choreography, overall production, featured dancer, make up, set design, lighting, among others.
Awards will be presented June 8 at our Spring Art Festival, where each participating school will showcase performances alongside local talent.
The Spring Art Festival is a celebration of local talent, where the community comes together to enjoy the start of a new season. Set outdoors, we invite attendees to unwind on blankets or in lawn chairs, soaking up the sun while enjoying a cross section of talent. A great time for all ages.

We are happy to arrange roundtable conversations for individuals and small groups. It's a way to update neighbors on our mission, and just as important, hear ideas. Can't meet in person? We can Zoom. Contact Form.
CCHC's events and programming is made possible in part by state tax dollars allocated by the Ohio Legislature to the Ohio Arts Council (OAC). The OAC is a state agency that funds and supports quality arts experiences to strengthen Ohio communities culturally, educationally, and economically.
